THE WASATCH POST · OUR NEWSROOM
A closer reading
of the place we share.
Utah has a landscape. Every place within it has a story. Our job is to make the context useful and the source visible.
A publication with its own identity
The Wasatch Post is a distinct Utah publication in the Omni AI / AIS Empire network, alongside Utah Main Street and Beehive Biz Pulse. Our own masthead, ridge-and-newspaper mark, article URLs and reporting archive give this publication a separate home.
Our home decision desk examines the record behind a purchase or sale: a lender estimate, an HOA document, a permit history or the dates connecting two transactions. We also preserve the publication’s business and local-operator reporting in the story archive.
Sources before sweeping claims
New home guides link to official sources for their financial-document, property-record and transaction context. We keep an estimate, a professional finding and a contractual term distinct. Named-agent focus areas organize useful questions; they do not assert a ranking, an exclusive service territory or an unverified professional specialty.
The home decision guides are general editorial information. They are not property listings, appraisals, legal determinations or verification of an agent’s license, transactions or professional record. Property-specific questions belong with the relevant records, authorities and qualified professionals.
Portfolio relationships, plainly labeled
Our featured-agent series is a portfolio feature. The publication and the featured agents’ websites share the Omni AI / AIS Empire portfolio network. That relationship appears on each guide. A contact panel is an introduction to the agent’s website, separate from the public-source reporting.
We do not present those introductions as independently awarded endorsements. The guides do not imply interviews, attribute invented quotes or claim that a featured agent authored the article. Temporary shared contact arrangements are disclosed where they apply.
Authorship & imagery
AI-assisted copy uses the byline Omni AI Newsroom Desk. The byline identifies the newsroom workflow and does not invent a human reporter. New guides carry a publication date, visible sources and a disclosure.
Photographs are drawn from the existing portfolio image library and labeled as illustrative regional views. They are not evidence of a property’s view, a particular trail’s current condition or the featured agent’s personal visit. The publication’s ridge-and-newspaper logo is an original vector mark.
Corrections & updates
Send a correction request to editor@thewasatchpost.com with the article URL, the statement at issue and a supporting public source. A material correction should explain what changed, and an updated article should retain a clear distinction between its original publication and its revision.
Forms, program rules and official guidance can change after publication. Compare the current source linked in a guide with the actual documents for your transaction.
